2014 Proposed Bylaws Changes

Proposed amendments to the ACR bylaws were emailed to the ACR Listserv on June 5, 2014, and June 23, 2014. The proposed amendments were presented for discussion at the first business meeting in Baltimore on July 14, 2014, and deferred until next year.
