2026 Summer Conference

2026 Summer Conference

We’ll be meeting July 14 – 17 in Rapid City, South Dakota. This year will be a little bit different. Due to the size of the convention and the meeting spaces available, we will be meeting in a separate hotel from the main NASS conference. We’ll be meeting at the Hilton DoubleTree, while NASS and NPA will be meeting at the Monument. The Hilton DoubleTree is across the street from the Monument (which is the convention center). We will no doubt have some opportunities to join in the fun at the Monument and we’ll have joint activities with the full NASS membership as well, as we have in past years.

To facilitate travel arrangements, below is the list of hotels available. When you book, please mention the National Association of Secretaries of State to get these discounted rates. It’s also preferable to call to make your reservation – if you try to book online, you may be met with information that the hotel is full.
